Linda Hamilton

Linda is a Marriage and Family Therapist registered intern. She graduated from Hope International University, with a degree in psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Linda has a wide range of experience working with individuals, couples, children and families; clients diagnosed with a variety of presenting problems including Trauma, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Victims of Crime, Marital Issues, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

As a therapist, Linda takes into account the distinctions of cultural differences that are in play within the couple/family and works to develop a balance which enhances each individual's ability to be appreciated and to appreciate the diversity in their significant other(s).

Her training and experience allows her to be highly adaptable as a therapist. She is well trained in the application of behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, psycho-dynamic, humanistic and interpersonal therapies. As a therapist, she is dedicated to assisting clients in maximizing their potential in order to experience a full and gratifying life.

Linda's philosophy is that every client deserves personalized care, respect, and responsiveness. This attitude helps clients feel safe enough to consider new ways of approaching life's challenges.
